How long does it take to receive my order?
Since our products are made to order, please allow 30 to 45 days for delivery. This ensures that we create your custom artwork with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?
We currently hold exclusivity in Singapore and are working on expanding our exclusivity to Southeast Asia!
Can I receive my order earlier?
Yes, please check with our specialists for arrangements.
Careguide Instructions
To ensure your 3D art piece stays in great condition, store it in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Clean it gently with a soft cloth to remove any dust.
Can I ask for lesser crystals or simpler designs?
Yes! Once you've placed your order we will notify our designers as per your request.
Can I use photos taken by my phone?
Because of our frame sizes, we do need at least 1MB for the best quality. Pictures taken with smartphones aren't guaranteed to have high resolution.
What makes a 3D Memorix artwork unique?
Every piece is handcrafted with multiple layers to create a rich, lifelike 3D effect that captures your most meaningful moments.
Is the 3D effect visible from different angles?
Absolutely. The 3D effect remains dynamic and visible as you view the piece from multiple perspectives.
Can I refund or exchange?
Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to do returns or exchange on these commissioned pieces as it is personal to you, as our clients. We hope to seek your understanding.
Can I pay by installments?
Yes! Currently 3D Memorix offers installment plans by ATOME.
