Refund Policy

Change your mind about your purchase? No worries!

  • Within 30 days: Get a full refund for your item if it's sealed, unopened, unused and in their original condition / packaging. You'll need to mail it back to us. We won't refund the original shipping cost.
  • Between 30-90 days: Exchange your item for something else or get store credit.

Exchanges are free!

  • Upgrade to a pricier item? You'll pay the difference.
  • Downgrade to a cheaper item? We'll refund you the difference to your original payment method (it might take an extra 7-14 business days to show up after we email you).

Specials and Final Sale: Items bought during sales event or promotions can't be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Authorized Retailers: Only products from 3dmemorix.com can be returned to us. If you bought from our authorized retailers, you'll need to return it to them instead.

Gifts with Purchase: If you got a free gift with your purchase and you're returning the main item, you need to send the gift back too. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Playing fair: We monitor on all returns to make sure people aren't abusing the system (returning too much stuff, sending back empty bottles, reselling things they bought, or cheating). If we catch someone misusing the policy, we can refuse the return in our sole discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Take photos if there's a problem: If your return is due to something being damaged or wrong (like a broken box or product issue).

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to process your return and refund your money within 5 business days.

If it's been 5 business days and you haven't heard anything, email us at returns@3dmemorix.com with your order number and any tracking info you have for your return package.
